MTG leverages football to equip girls with knowledge, skills, products and services to make informed decisions regarding their sexual and reproductive health. This is aimed at reducing teenage and unwanted pregnancies amongst young girls and thus positioning them to complete their primary and secondary education.
HOW WE DO IT
- Reproductive health sessions:These peer-led sessions are school-based and also conducted during the leagues, tournaments and major events.
- HIV testing and counselling services.
- Breast and cervical cancer screening.
- Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM).
- Counselling sessions to our beneficiaries and the community.
