The program aims at improving the education outcomes of girls and young women in the coastal region, by increasing opportunities for girls to enrol, remain in school and complete their education.
HOW WE DO IT
- Scholarships: We offer scholarships support to vulnerable girls and young women so they can afford to pay for their education.
- Awards: We recognize the commitment and pay school fees for our most active members through an award scheme.
- Resources: At our Resouce Center, we welcome learners to enjoy our free study materials and supportive space to learn. We also reach out to the community with our mobile library, so that everyone can access our books.
- Goal Setting: We guide our members to set achievable goals and devise a strategy to access further education or pursue their career objectives.
- Mentorship: We believe everyone has the ability to achieve — they just need the right support network. We boost the confidence and self-belief of our members through regular motivational talks and mentorship workshops.
