Fridah Kahindi, Divisional Assistant – Kaloleni



Fridah Kasichana Kahindi is a gender and development professional with over a decade of experience working with girls and young women in Kenya. She has extensive expertise in community engagement, planning, and organizing initiatives that drive transformative change. A trained peer educator, counsellor, and youth mentor, Fridah is deeply committed to empowering young people and fostering gender equity.
She holds a Diploma in Social Work and Community Development from the African Institute of Research and Development Studies. Additionally, she is a certified football coach and a CAF D License holder, leveraging sports as a platform for mentorship and social change.
Fridah actively contributes to community leadership and education as a member of the Ganze Constituency Development Fund (CDF) Sports Committee and serves on the boards of Magogoni Secondary School and Mpirani Primary School.
As an alumna of Moving the Goalposts, Fridah is passionate about working with adolescent girls and young women, supporting them and their families in unlocking their full potential. Her dedication continues to create opportunities for young women to thrive in sports, education, and leadership.
