Daisy Odheche, Human Resource and Administration Manager

With over 15 years of dedicated experience in Human Resource Management, Daisy Akinyi Odheche is a seasoned HR professional committed to driving organizational success through effective people management. She holds a Human Resource Management Diploma from the Kenya Institute of Management, a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies from Makerere University, and is currently advancing her expertise with a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Technology.

Daisy has specialized in the Not-for-Profit Sector for the past 10 years, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles. She served as the Human Resource and Operations Manager at Rafiki wa Maendeleo Trust for over three years, Human Resource Manager at Young Women Christian Association for six years, and Human Resource Manager at Mutomo Mission Hospital for more than two years.

In her current role at Moving the Goalposts (MTG), Daisy oversees people management, recruitment and retention, staff development, performance management, benefits administration, payroll processing, policy review and implementation, staff welfare, workplace safety, and overall administration. Her leadership ensures that MTG maintains a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
