Dear Friends,

There are moments at MTG that stay with us forever.

Moments when a girl steps onto the field for the first time, unsure, quiet, carrying more than any child should, and walks off smiling because she has finally found a place where she belongs.

Moments when a teenager, once told “leadership is not for girls,” confidently addresses her peers, guiding younger girls with wisdom beyond her years.

Moments when a young woman plants her first tree, or receives her first scholarship, or opens her first small business, are proof that the future she once imagined from a distance is now within her reach.

These are the moments that define Moving the Goalposts.
These are the moments you make possible.

As we begin our 10 Days, 10 Goals for Girls Giving Tuesday campaign (December 3–12), our intention is simple:
to honour the courage of the girls we serve and to celebrate the partners who make their journeys possible.

For ten days, we are spotlighting the ten Sustainable Development Goals that come alive in our work: health, education, safety, leadership, climate action, economic empowerment, and more.
But behind every SDG is a face. A name. A story.
A girl whose world is changing because someone believed in her potential.

This campaign is not about asking.
It’s about sharing.
It’s about inviting you into a story you are already part of.
It’s about the joy of seeing possibility meet opportunity.

You’ve been part of the laughter on the football pitch, the breakthroughs in learning, the spark of leadership, the healing after trauma, and the pride of personal achievements.

And so, this Giving Tuesday, we extend not a plea,
but an invitation.

An invitation to keep walking with us.
To stand beside girls who are rewriting their stories with courage and hope.
To continue building spaces where their voices matter and their futures shine.

Thank you for showing up.
Thank you for believing in girls.
And thank you for choosing to be part of a future where every girl has the chance to lead, thrive, and soar.

Because her future is worth showing up for, always.
