Fathime Hamisi Omari, MTG United Team Coach

Fathime Hamisi Omari is an experienced football coach with a CAF B License and certification as a FIFA Instructor. With a strong background in youth development, she has coached boys and girls of all ages across various schools, refining her skills in player development and mentorship. Her expertise extends beyond Kenya, having gained international football exposure in countries such as Germany, New York, South Africa, and Tunisia, where she has learned diverse coaching methodologies and best practices.

At Moving the Goalposts (MTG), Fathime plays a crucial role in shaping the next generation of players. She leads the coaching program and oversees the MTG United Academy, focusing on developing technical skills, fostering teamwork, and nurturing leadership qualities among young athletes. Her role also involves facilitating training sessions, collecting and analyzing player performance data, and capturing key moments through photography to document progress.

Beyond coaching, Fathime is a skilled facilitator and moderator, using her experience to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. She is passionate about continuous growth and knowledge-sharing, believing that learning should be a lifelong journey.
