Fatuma Mohammed Juma, Divisional Assistant – Bahari

Fatuma Mohamed Juma is a community engagement professional with experience in sports, leadership, and youth development. She has completed inclusion training at Festival 23 in Sydney, First Aid certification from St. John’s Ambulance, and refereeing certifications from the Football Kenya Federation and Kenya Referees Association. She also holds a Discharge Certificate from the National Youth Service Training College and a driving license from the National Youth Service Driving School.

At MTG, Fatuma is responsible for mobilizing and recruiting players, engaging with the community, and representing the organization at events. She works with stakeholders to promote the inclusion of girls, including those with disabilities, in sports programs.
As a certified referee, she officiates matches under the Kenya Football Referees Association and Football Kenya Federation. Her role also includes facilitation, communication, and leadership in MTG’s programs.

Fatuma believes in continuous learning and sees challenges as opportunities for growth.
