In her role at Moving the Goalposts (MTG), Mercyline plays a vital role in strengthening relationships between the organization and the community. She oversees football leagues, tournaments, and leadership programs, ensuring that young players have access to structured opportunities for skill development. She also leads stakeholder engagement efforts, mobilizes participants, and provides training to football leaders, helping to build a strong network of role models and mentors. Additionally, she manages MTG United’s recruitment, training, and participation in both local and international tournaments.
