Betty Bundotich

Betty was the chair of the advisory board for three years and remains a very active member as a signatory and member of the finance sub committee. She has sat on many sub committees - the latest one looking at restructuring the remuneration packages for staff members.

Out of MTG she is a farmer and a business woman, running a large agricultural mixed farming enterprise that employs 350 people. She started off in animal husbandry and animal care but has moved on to strategic management as the Executive Director of Kilifi Plantations Limited.

She is passionate about education and empowerment that comes with it, if it is used positively, and she's involved in finding sponsors to help girls in Kilifi go to secondary school and even on to tertiary education. She loves travelling and the outdoors and would love to visit every corner of this beautiful country, Kenya, if she had the money and the time!
